If you’re on a monthly plan, you’ll be charged immediately when you add new members. If you’re on an annual plan, you’ll be charged at the next monthly checkpoint for the year counting from the purchase date.

No. You can add as many team members as you would like to any plan. Enjoy full flexibility. Please note, however, that there is a minimum number of users required for Pro (3) and Enterprise (5).

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can do so either directly in the software if you are upgrading from Starter to Pro. Alternatively you can contact us and we will sort it out immediately. Your new plan gets activated right away. You will be charged at the next monthly checkpoint counting from the purchase date.

We accept all major credit cards. If you want to purchase the Enterprise plan, contact us, and we will issue an invoice that you can pay via bank transfer.

If you exceed your Story views, we will contact you to figure out a solution. You can either buy more Story views or upgrade plans. If we don't hear back from you in a timely manner, we will pause all public Stories, making them inaccessible for viewers until you get back to us and we agree on a solution. Story views are reset every month. After the reset, paused Stories will be accessible again.
